布 Hokoku Built by FalkCritical

Live demo · shared sandbox · fictional data

The paper week, without the paper.

Hokoku runs a restaurant's operating week: recipe costing with live price ↔ food-cost %, the closer's nightly sales entry, the back-of-house inventory walk, and the franchise royalty report that used to be filled in by hand and mailed with a check.

This is the real application — not a video, not screenshots. Three fictional restaurants are loaded (a taqueria, a pizzeria, a bakery). Enter as any role and change whatever you like; the sandbox resets daily.

Sixty seconds, one story

  1. 1Open the Dashboard and spot the week the taqueria's food-cost % spiked above target.
  2. 2Open that week's franchise report and download the PDF that would have been mailed.
  3. 3Switch to the Closer and enter tonight's sales — the roll-up updates live.

And the hardware angle

Hokoku is full-stack in the literal sense: an ESP32 count terminal — a dedicated pick-up-and-put-down device for the weekly inventory walk — is in development against the same API this demo runs on.
